Tameru Melese has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tameru started their career at the Road and Transport Authority in Ethiopia as an Auto-Electrician Specialist, where they provided specialized training and authored manuals for diagnosing and repairing auto-electrical and electronic problems. Tameru then moved on to Microstandard Distributors Inc, where they worked as a Lead Tech- QA, overseeing quality control and leading a team of technicians in building custom servers, workstations, and PCs. Next, Tameru worked at WEGENER as an Associate Engineer, collaborating with a team in designing and developing professional IRD's and client-specific systems for content delivery and management. Tameru then joined The Inspiration Networks as a Broadcast Systems Engineer, responsible for system integration, maintaining a broadcast facility, implementing workflow systems, and managing IT infrastructure. Currently, Tameru is working at ON24 as a Signal Operations Engineer and also holds the position of Founder of the company since 2010.
