Rajat Mishra

Rajat Mishra, PMP®, has a strong background in IT and project management. Rajat started their career at JK Technosoft Ltd in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Analyst until 2013. Rajat then joined Cybage Software as a Senior Executive in Technical Support from 2013 to 2015. Rajat's next role was as a System Analyst at Mastercard, where they handled tasks such as migration from legacy ECS to MPTS and documentation from 2015 to 2017. Rajat then joined FNB South Africa as an IT Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing business needs and facilitating business requirement sessions from 2017 to 2019. Rajat Mishra's most recent position is as Chief Operating Officer/Product Lead at Onafriq, where they manage site operations and overall product development in the cards/payments landscape. Rajat also served as a Program Manager for Card Payment Services at Onafriq from 2019 to 2022.

Rajat Mishra, PMP®, has a Master's in Commerce & Business Management with a specialization in Applied Information Systems from the University of Johannesburg, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed a PGDITM in Information Technology from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development, from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Rajat has obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2021 and Robotics Process Automation- Business Analyst from UiPath in 2020. Rajat also holds certifications in IT Service Management based on ISO/IEC 20000, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3, Dell Certified Systems Engineer, Certified Agile Professional ICP, Certified ScrumMaster®, PRINCE2™ Foundation Certificate in Project Management, and PRINCE2™ Practitioner Certificate in Project Management.
