Pragati A S has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Beginning in 2008, Pragati started as a Recruitment Executive at NET HR, where they worked until 2010. They then joined Bristlecone as a Senior Executive in Recruitment & HR until 2012, and subsequently transitioned into the role of SAP BI Consultant until 2016. In 2018, Pragati joined Onama Consultants Pvt Ltd as the Head of Recruitment & Staffing and currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources.

Pragati A S has a diverse education history. Pragati holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) with a focus on Physics from Vartak College, Vasai. Pragati also obtained their secondary school education from K.M.P.D, Nallasopara, where they earned their S.S.C (Secondary School Certificate).
