Catherine Gassé

As Chief People Officer Catherine is responsible for scaling the company’s people strategy and operations for sustained hypergrowth while supporting and evolving the thriving, compassionate culture at Onapsis. With nearly 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience, Catherine brings a genuine understanding of how a thriving company culture can positively impact business performance, a solid track record in hiring and retaining top talent for global organizations and a strong philosophy behind driving company philanthropic efforts.

Previously, she served as the head of HR for global functions at Vistaprint where she was responsible for HR initiatives including talent acquisition, experience and engagement, compensation, performance management and HR Operations. Prior to that, Catherine joined Dell Technologies as part of the Secureworks acquisition where she spent six years as the HR leader for a large global business unit. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Boston College.
