Juli Brown

Juli (Spottiswood) Brown currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Onbe since December 2020. Previously, Juli was a Board Member at Billtrust from January 2021 to December 2022 and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman at Cardtronics until its acquisition by NCR in June 2021. Juli held the position of Executive Chairman at daVinci Payments, now Onbe, from October 2017 to December 2020. Additionally, Juli served as a Strategic Advisor and General Manager at Blackhawk Network between 2014 and 2016, following the acquisition of Parago, Inc., where Juli was President & CEO until its sale to Blackhawk for $291 million in 2014. Juli earned a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1988.
