Valeria Lopez is the Founder and CEO of OnBeat Consulting, established in October 2018, which specializes in providing advisory and strategic support to small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. and Latin America. Previously, Valeria served as an Organizational Designer at The Ready, contributing to organizational transformation efforts, and held the position of Director of Program Management at Mission Collaborative, where Valeria built a team and improved workflows for an innovative online career design program.
