Mary Madden

Mary Madden possesses extensive experience in business governance, finance, and technology education. Currently serving at OnBoard Inc. since June 2008, Mary focuses on researching SEC filings of Georgia public companies to assess women's representation on boards and in executive roles. Previous roles include Treasurer and Secretary for the Seed Lake Association, where Mary contributed to board operations, and a volunteer instructor at BH Technology Group, guiding seniors in using technology. As a co-founder and chapter chair of Women Corporate Directors - Atlanta Chapter, Mary played a key role in organizing meetings for women in corporate governance. Additional contributions include membership on the Strategic Implementation Innovative Subcommittee at the Atlanta Regional Commission, various leadership positions within the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and facilitation work with the Central Eurasia Leadership Academy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Library Services from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Vassar College.
