Ben Jacobson

Ben Jacobson is currently the Head of Engineering at Onboarded, where Ben oversees the compliance and workflow engine for onboarding employees at scale. Prior to this role, Ben held positions such as Senior Software Engineer at Indigov and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Checkr, Inc. Ben has a background in building systems for representative democracy, managing product end-to-end, and enabling partner integrations with core APIs. With experience in companies like DigniFi, Covalent Data, and Microsoft, Ben has a strong foundation in software engineering and product development. Ben holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
