Anna Happ

Anna Happ is a seasoned Customer Success Manager at Passageways since February 2008, where responsibilities include fostering customer success through relationship management, proactive communication, and collaboration, supporting over 60 accounts with product support and training. Previously, Anna served as a Vendor Liaison at the Marion County Health Department from December 1998 to December 2003, ensuring compliance with government regulations for the Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program. Anna holds a Master of Science in Technology, Industrial Technology from Purdue University (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University (2005-2008).
