Liz Drews

Liz Drews has extensive work experience in the customer support and operations field. Liz is currently the Head of Customer Support at OnBoard, where they manage and expands the Customer Support organization. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Merchant Support and Operations at Trustly, leading a remote team and providing support for merchants and processors. Liz also has a background in product operations at LinkedIn, where they held various roles, including Product Operations for Escalation Operations and Product Technical Operations for Pages and Pipeline Builder. Liz also worked at PayPal in Merchant Technical Services and Customer Service Operations, assisting international merchants and developing solutions for customer issues. Liz began their career as a Graphic Design Intern for the State of Nebraska.

Liz Drews' education history shows that they attended multiple institutions. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Lincoln Southeast Highschool. Following high school, from 2004 to 2005, they attended Augsburg University but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. In 2005, they transferred to Southeast Community College, where they did not complete a degree program but studied general studies. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Bellevue University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Communication.

In addition to their formal education, Liz Drews has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter. More recently, they have completed several online courses on LinkedIn in areas such as goal setting, effective communication, work environment, and career management.
