Candice Openshaw

Candice Openshaw has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Candice is currently the Human Resources Director at OnBuy.com, a position they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR at Amigo Loans from June 2021 to July 2022. Candice also served as an HR Consultant at ViewHR from February 2021 to June 2021. Candice has extensive experience in the HR field, including their role as HR Director (Director of People & Engagement) at iSupplyEnergy from July 2018 to September 2020, where they achieved significant results in employee retention and engagement. Before that, they held various HR positions such as HR Manager and HR Advisor at iSupplyEnergy from 2015 to 2018. Candice also has experience as an HR Manager and HR Advisor & Executive Assistant at Gilgen Door Systems UK from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Office Manager at Ideal Home Group plc from 2011 to 2013 and as an Executive Assistant at Symbion Pty Ltd from 2009 to 2011. Candice's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager in the Excess Baggage Department at Anglo Pacific International Plc from 2008 to 2009, as well as various roles in event management at EOC Events from 2003 to 2008.

Candice Openshaw completed the CIPD Advanced Award in Employment Law (level 7) at CIPD from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they obtained a CIPD Diploma in HR Management (Level 5 Top Up) from Bournemouth & Poole College. Before that, they attained a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from the same college between 2013 and 2014. Candice also earned a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice from ICS Distance Learning from 2011 to 2012.
