Lucy Tong

Lucy Tong currently serves as the Senior Director of FP&A at Once Upon a Farm since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Simple Mills, including Vice President of Finance and Senior Director of Finance, leading financial planning and analysis for the top natural snack brand. Lucy's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Finance and Corporate Development Manager at Glanbia, where advisory work involved significant acquisitions and joint ventures. Additional roles include Financial Analyst positions at General Mills and an Investment Banking Analyst role at Rothschild. Lucy earned an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis, specializing in finance, accounting, and international business.
