Madeline Tien is a Sustainability Specialist at Once Upon a Farm, where responsibilities include developing sustainability strategies for consumer packaging and analyzing ESG frameworks related to CPG sustainability. Previous experience includes serving as a Strategist & Creative Advisor for Meju Restaurant Group, where contributions focused on strategic expansions and sustainability insights. Madeline has held various roles in the food and hospitality industry, showcasing skills in problem-solving and customer service at Han Oak & Toki PDX, and managing operations at Broth Bar. Additional experience encompasses farm management as an apprentice at BLUE RAVEN FARM LLC and community engagement through events with Friends of Zenger Farm. Educational credentials include an MBA in Sustainable Solutions from Presidio Graduate School and a B.A. in Classical Languages from the University of California, Berkeley.
