Kelvin Li

Dr. Li serves as a board member of Onchilles and Managing Partner at LYZZ Capital. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in biomedical sciences, healthcare investment, and entrepreneurship. Before cofounding LYZZ Capital, Dr. Li held the positions of: partner at DT Capital, partner at HBM BioMed China, and associate at Toucan Capital in the U.S., all in the field of biotech investments. Dr. Li also was cofounder of ClinChoice and Mojia Biotech. He invested in a number of biomedical companies, including Neurelis, Qpex Biopharma, Jumpcode Genomics, Wugen, Alpha Biopharma, Nuokang Bio-Pharmaceuticals, Cathay Biotech, Wuhan Hiteck Biological Pharma Co., Shenzhen Chipscreen Biosciences, and ClinChoice, among others. Dr. Li received a bachelor’s degree from Nankai University, a doctorate degree in biological sciences from Indiana University, and postdoctoral training from Stanford University.
