Shih-Chen Yen

Shih-Chen (Paul) Yen is a Senior Support Engineer at AirPR Software since October 2018, with extensive experience in technical support and application engineering. In addition to current responsibilities, Shih-Chen has volunteered as a Network Engineer for the Asian American Donor Program since 2011. Previous roles include Technical Support Engineer at Redis Labs, where interaction with global customers to resolve complex issues was key, and an Application Support Engineer at Marin Software, focusing on troubleshooting and system improvements. Earlier positions involved linguistic testing for Cisco applications at both z-axis tech solutions inc. and Cisco Systems. Shih-Chen holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, a minor in Systems Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Further education includes a Cyber Security Bootcamp at UC Berkeley Extension.
