In 2013, they moved to Celator Pharmaceuticals, Subsidiary of Jazz Pharmaceuticals PLC, where they served as Controller for three years. Joseph also worked as the Assistant Controller at Unilife Corporation from 2016 to 2017. Joseph then held the position of Associate Director of Financial Reporting & Risk Management at both Impax Laboratories and Amneal Pharmaceuticals. Joseph also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe, which they completed from 1997 to 2000.
