Vadim Tsvetnitsky

Vadim Tsvetnitsky has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Vadim has held roles in various companies and organizations, starting from their current position as VP and Head of CMC at OncoC4, Inc. In this role, they provide strategic leadership for clinical drug substance and product manufacturing for immuno-oncology candidates.

Prior to joining OncoC4, Inc., Vadim worked as the Vice President of CMC Biologics at Codagenix, Inc., where they oversaw outsourced CMC activities for live viral vaccines and ensured the availability of clinical supplies. Before that, they served as the Director of CMC Lead at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) and as the Scientific Director of Influenza Vaccines at PATH.

Vadim also has experience as a Principal Consultant at TSV Consulting, where they provided strategic and technical advice to biotech and CRO clients. Vadim worked as the Manager of Process Development & Manufacturing at Cangene Corporation and as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Cancer Center, Victoria Hospital, University of Western Ontario. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Southern Denmark, where they focused on protein biochemistry and established a protein purification facility.

Vadim's career began as a Junior Researcher at the Institute of Biochemistry and Physiology of Microorganisms, USSR Academy of Sciences.

Vadim Tsvetnitsky pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their studies at the Lomonosov Moscow State Academy of Fine Chemical Technology (MITHT) from 1982 to 1988. During this time, they obtained their B.Sc/M.Sc degrees in Chemical Engineering, with a focus on biologically-active compounds.

Following their undergraduate studies, Vadim Tsvetnitsky continued their academic journey at the University of London from 1990 to 1994. Here, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biochemistry.
