Xiaohu Huang is a Senior Scientist at OncoC4, Inc. since April 2023, focusing on cancer therapeutics including immunotherapy and chemotherapy. Previously, as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Maryland School of Medicine (July 2019 - March 2023), Xiaohu established xenograft mouse models for leukemia, developed a single-cell RNA sequencing platform, and explored molecular mechanisms underlying leukemogenesis and heart development. Earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at Children's National Hospital (September 2015 - June 2019), where achievements included discovering the mechanism of echinomycin against lung cancer, and creating and analyzing human cancer models with RAS mutations. A Visiting Fellow at the NICHD (November 2013 - September 2015), Xiaohu contributed to biophysical characterization of novel proteins, and completed doctoral studies in Biology/Biophysics at Peking University (2008 - 2013), focusing on mitochondrial dynamics and related diseases.
