Mădălin Margan

Mădălin Margan has held various positions in the healthcare industry since 2013. Mădălin began as an Assistant Professor and PhD Candidate at Victor Babeş University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timişoara. In 2016, they took on the role of Advisor in the Prime Minister's Chancellery with Guvernul României. In 2019, they became the Founder & Chief Product Officer at Oncochain and Co-Owner at TiMobility. In 2020, they became a Public Health and Healthcare Management Physician at Fundeni Clinical Institute and a Founder in Residence at HealthInc.

Mădălin Margan obtained a Bacalaureat in Natural Sciences from Colegiul Naţional “C.D. Loga” Timișoara in 2004-2007. Mădălin then went on to obtain a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Aix-Marseille University in 2012 and a Doctor of Medicine - MD from Victor Babeș University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timișoara in 2007-2013. Mădălin then completed a Degree in Hospital Management from the National School of Public Health, Management and Professional Development, Bucharest (NSPHMPDB) in 2016-2017. In 2019, Mădălin Margan obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Breast Cancer Immunology from Victor Babeș University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timișoara and a Certificate in Project Management in Healthcare from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Mădălin is currently pursuing a Global Master of Public Health - MPH in Public Health from Imperial College London, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Mădălin Margan is an Aspen Fellow - Young Leaders Program 2019 from the Aspen Institute Romania and a Health Venture Lab Alumni from the Health Venture Lab.
