Ganesh Ananthu has over 25 years of experience in software engineering and development. Ganesh is currently working at OncoHealth as a Principal Software Engineer, where they manage and leads mobile application development using Google Flutter and Dart. Ganesh'srole involves delivering a state-of-the-art mobile application for both Android and iOS platforms. Notably, Ganesh has made significant contributions towards ensuring the quality and timely release of the product.

Prior to their current position, Ganesh worked as a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at OncoHealth. Here, they managed a mission-critical team called "Operation" and ensured the completion and on-time delivery of current sprint user stories. Ganesh also collaborated with DevOps and cross-functional teams to facilitate bi-weekly deployments. Additionally, Ganesh designed and developed a prototype using Microsoft patterns to create a cutting-edge microservice architecture in the Azure cloud platform.

Before joining OncoHealth, Ganesh worked at Landis+Gyr as a Senior Software Engineer. During their tenure, they contributed to the development of the Command Center, a browser-based enterprise operating software for Gridstream RF and PLC networks. This software provided a secure platform for data and system management in the utility industry.

Prior to that, Ganesh worked at Jenzabar as a Senior Software Engineer. Ganesh was involved in the development of an agile-based responsive web application called EXi. This application was designed specifically for mobile-first cross-browser usage.

Ganesh's early career included experiences at CMDS - Computer Management and Development Services and SPAN Systems. At CMDS, they worked as a Consulting Software Engineer and played a pivotal role in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of the EX\\Teams Elite ERP software solution for higher education. At SPAN Systems, they served as a Software Engineer and worked as a software consultant for various clients, developing systems for procurement and stock management.
