Matt Heady

Matt Heady has a diverse work experience in product design and user experience research. Matt currently serves as the Vice President of Product Design at OncoHealth since 2022. Previously, they worked at Kaplan from 2017 to 2020 as the Principal & Director of Product Design & User Experience Research, where they established the DesignOps process and managed the UX Product Design team. Matt was also the Head of User Experience and Founder of VeryUs from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they held positions such as Director of Product Design at MassiveU from 2013 to 2015, Lead Designer at AtreNet from 2012 to 2013, Sr. Strategy Planning & Design at Sony Electronics from 2010 to 2012, Director of User Experience at SoftPixel from 2005 to 2010, and Manager of Creative Services at eDiets.com from 2001 to 2005. Matt has a strong background in managing user experience, leading design efforts, and implementing agile methodologies.

Matt Heady attended Roger Williams University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design & General Studies.
