Phoebe Souza

Phoebe Souza, MSW, LCSW, MPH, OSW-C, APHSW-C, currently serves as the Clinical Lead - Mental Health at OncoHealth, where expertise in oncology social work and palliative care is applied to create innovative digital health solutions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Providence Health & Services, overseeing clinical support and providing palliative care services, as well as work as a clinical social worker at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and St. Louis Children's Hospital, where focus was on supportive therapy and psychosocial assessments for patients and families facing cancer and other serious illnesses. Souza holds a dual Master’s degree in Social Work and Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Global Development from Grinnell College.
