Susan Rutgerson

Susan Rutgerson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing and operations across various leading organizations. Currently, as Sr. Director of Lifecycle Marketing and Operations at OncoHealth, Susan focuses on enhancing technology-enabled services for cancer management. Previously, at Onduo, Susan oversaw marketing operations and built a team to drive personalized enrollment and retention journeys. Susan's consulting experience includes developing customer marketing strategies and best practices, while earlier roles at Endurance International Group and Cartera Commerce involved managing digital campaigns and developing scalable email marketing practices. Susan's career began at Digitas, where strong contributions to email marketing and lead generation were made. Susan holds a BA with honors in Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
