Gene Mack

Gene has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences sector spanning clinical research, financing, investing, corporate strategy and business development with private and public companies. Prior to joining OncoImmune in 2020, Gene was Chief Financial Officer of Biom’up USA, Inc., a commercial stage distributor of hemostatic agents. Previously, Gene was CFO for a number of private and public biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies providing corporate finance strategy and leadership in executing capital markets transactions, private financings, and business development transactions. Prior to joining industry Gene spent 15 years as a senior publishing analyst covering the life sciences sector at various banking institutions. Gene conducted research in biochemistry, at Cornell University Medical College and clinical research in neurology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Gene received both his BS in Biochemistry and MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
