Mr. Malesek has joined the Company as an Interim CEO to help guide Oncology Pharma through its capitalization and financing. He brings 25+ years of capital markets experience having lead and participated in the financing of numerous private and public companies. His experience spans working in investment banking, private equity, merchant banking and having held senior management positions in private and public companies.
