Aaron Masters

Aaron Masters currently serves as the Transmission Grid Shift Manager and Senior Transmission Operator at Oncor Electric Delivery since April 2016, overseeing the health and stability of the high voltage electric grid and coordinating outages to minimize customer impact. In addition, Aaron is the Owner of 4Door Armor since August 2019. Previously, Aaron worked as a Renewable Generation Operator at Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC from May 2012 to April 2016, managing real-time wind turbine operations across a portfolio of 19 wind farms with a capacity of approximately 1700 MW. Aaron completed a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2011.
