Benjamin Poroda

Benjamin Poroda has experience working in various roles within the energy and electrical industry. From starting as an Apprentice Lineman at Poleset, Inc., to serving as a Transmission Dispatcher Principal at American Electric Power, and currently holding the position of Transmission Grid Controller Senior at Oncor Electric Delivery, Benjamin has shown dedication and expertise in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of transmission systems. Prior to their career in the industry, Benjamin served in the US Navy as an Aviation Ordnance/ Quality Assurance Safety Observer, where Benjamin dealt with hazardous materials and ensured compliance with safety regulations. Benjamin holds an Associates of Applied Science degree in Electric Power Technology from Bismarck State College.
