Byron Booker

Byron Booker, MBA, MSIS, CISSP, currently serves as the NERC CIP Compliance Project Manager and Program Administrator/SharePoint Administrator at Oncor Electric Delivery, focusing on reliability and security compliance since June 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Technology Security Analyst at American Airlines and various positions at TEKsystems, Virtus Communications, Level 3 Communications, Nortel Networks, Williams Communications, and the United States Air Force. Byron holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, an Associate of Applied Science from Tulsa Community College, and an Associate of Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
