Debbie Dennis has been with Oncor Electric Delivery since 1979. Debbie currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer and SVP Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. In this role, Debbie oversees customer service, community relations, economic development, branding, communications, human resource planning, policy, performance management, rewards strategies, talent management, employee and labor relations. Debbie also manages Oncor's philanthropy, community involvement, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals. Prior to their current role, Debbie served as Vice President in various departments at TXU from 2000 to 2003. Debbie holds a degree from Oklahoma State University.
