Geoffrey Bailey

Geoffrey Bailey is the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Oncor Electric Delivery, where responsibilities include supporting the CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team in developing and executing the company’s corporate strategy since July 2019. Previous roles at Oncor include Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior Director of Marketing, Advertising & Corporate Communications. Geoffrey has also contributed to leadership development initiatives at the Dallas Regional Chamber and the North Texas Commission. Professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Business Development at Public Strategies, Deputy Chief of Staff at BP Capital, Associate Ecampaign Director for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee, and involvement in the Office of the Vice President at The White House. Geoffrey holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
