Joel Austin

Joel Austin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the electric utility sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery since September 2008. Previous roles at Oncor include Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology & Market Operations. Joel began their career at TXU as Director of Trading IT from March 2000 to January 2007 and previously worked at Deloitte Consulting as Manager of the Energy Practice, specializing in forensic system analysis and ETRM implementations. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from The University of Kansas and a Master's in Business from The University of Missouri Kansas City.
