Kacie Fischer, MEng, PMP, currently serves as the Technology Support Assistant Manager at Oncor Electric Delivery since December 2019, where responsibilities include supporting, improving, and strategically directing technology initiatives within the Distribution Engineering Organization, focusing on enhanced reporting and data analytics. Previously, Kacie held the role of NERC Compliance Specialist, ensuring compliance with NERC Operations & Planning standards. From July 2010 to December 2019, Kacie worked with the US Navy as a Senior Transmission Grid Controller and Section Leading Petty Officer, overseeing a division of instructors in the operation and maintenance of a prototype reactor and training junior operators. Kacie also has experience supervising nuclear plant operations, instructing future nuclear operators, and maintaining reactor instrumentation and control equipment. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Texas A&M University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University (2015-2019).
