Laura has experience working in various roles within different organizations, from being a Human Resources Business Partner to a Training and Development Intern. Laura currently serves as the Manager of Program Controls at Oncor Electric Delivery, overseeing project financials and reporting of spend to established targets. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, Laura has a strong foundation in business and HR practices.
