Louis Guerrero

Louis Guerrero is an experienced leader in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, currently serving as the Director of the Center for Excellence and Innovation at Oncor Electric Delivery since June 2020. In this role, Louis manages a team of 25 personnel, focusing on executing the company's Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking initiatives. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at American Airlines, where strategic planning and project mentoring were central tasks, and Process Design Consultant at Apex Systems, providing Lean Six Sigma support. Louis also held senior roles at Bank of America, where responsibilities included managing Six Sigma projects and coaching other professionals. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Hewitt Associates and Bell Helicopter, as well as serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army. Louis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
