Mike G. currently serves as the VP & Chief Sustainability, Compliance, & Risk Officer at Oncor Electric Delivery since November 2021, having previously held multiple leadership roles within the same organization, including VP, Regulatory Strategy and Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, and VP, Corporate Development & Strategy. Prior to his tenure at Oncor, Mike G. was President of Lone Star Transmission and served as General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at ERCOT. Mike G. began the legal career at the Public Utility Commission of Texas and continued as an associate attorney at reputable law firms, including Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP and Crowell & Moring LLP. Educational credentials include a JD from William & Mary Law School and a BA in History and Political Science from Duke University.
