Robbert De Haas, ACC, currently serves as the Sr. Learning and Leadership Development Partner at Oncor Electric Delivery, where leadership development programs are being developed and facilitated for leaders at all experience levels. Previously, Robbert was a Coach at EZRA Coaching, guiding clients from Fortune 500 companies in career advancement and led senior leaders coaching programs at Capital One as a Learning Consultant and Coaching Lead.
