Steve Day

Steve Day is an experienced procurement professional with a comprehensive background in sourcing, negotiation, and contract management across various industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist for IT and Technology at Oncor Electric Delivery since October 2011, Steve has previously held key positions such as Procurement Director at MedicalEdge Healthcare Group, where 40 agreements for direct and indirect supplies and services were negotiated. Additional experience includes roles such as Commodity Manager at Celerity, Strategic Sourcing Principal at McAfee and Transplace.com, and Strategic Buyer at Siemens Dematic. Steve's career began at General Electric as a Sourcing Manager and was preceded by a role as a Contract Negotiator at Texas Instruments. Steve holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Business Administration from The University of Dallas.
