Ed Adams

Ed Adams, CCIM, serves as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor and Project Manager at Coldwell Banker Commercial since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing negotiations, transactions, site selection, and development projects for retail and office clients. Previously, Ed held positions at Jordan Hart Commercial Services LLC, University Crossing Apartments, Goo Goo Carwash, Rabbit Ridge Properties, and Trillium Land Development, focusing on commercial real estate negotiations, site selection, and development management. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Finance from Western Carolina University and certification from The CCIM Institute. Ed continues to enhance professional expertise through studies at the Lipsey School of Real Estate.
