Carl Leslie Oates

Carl Leslie Oates has a diverse background in workforce management and client services, currently serving as the Head of Key Account Management - Enterprise at Oncore since May 2021, after a period as Client Services Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Recruitment Consultant at Strategy One Human Resources from June 2020 to May 2021, and various managerial positions at All'antico Pty Ltd from October 2013 to July 2020, including Restaurant and Bar Manager. Carl held the position of Stock Manager at Bed Bath N' Table from June 2012 to June 2014, and began a career in customer service as a Call Agent at Telstra from February 2011 to October 2012. Carl completed education at Swinburne University of Technology between 2011 and 2013, following studies at Ivanhoe Grammar School from 2005 to 2010.
