Patricia Antido is a seasoned professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as the CS Operations Manager for Oncore, specializing in contingent workforce management and payment solutions since July 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Customer Experience Manager at Pelican International from February 2023 to July 2023, and Team Manager at Sitel Group from September 2020 to February 2023. In earlier roles, Patricia worked as a Graphic Designer at DUSK EDITS from March 2018 to March 2021, and as a Telemarketing Specialist at SYKES in mid-2020.
