Sapan Bafna

Sapan Bafna has a strong background in finance, leadership, and technology. Sapan is currently serving as the CEO of Outamation, where they lead a team of fintech professionals specializing in workflow automation and rapid application development. Prior to this role, they were also the CEO of Oncospark, a healthcare company focused on value-based care driven by technology-enabled services.

Before their current positions, Sapan held various senior leadership roles at CoreLogic from 2004 to 2022. Sapan was responsible for advanced delivery engines and CondoSafe, as well as overseeing the finance and HR functions. Additionally, they worked at First American Financial Corporation as the head of global sourcing and management from 2004 to 2006.

Sapan's earlier experience includes working at Equitrac as a strategy planning and analysis specialist in 2003, and serving as the Deputy CFO and Director of Finance at ICSAT NV from 2002 to 2003. Sapan also served as the Director of Finance and HR for North American operations at ICSAT US / Amadeus from 2000 to 2003, where they led the opening of an Offshore Development Center in India.

Sapan also holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and International Finance from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they earned from 1995-1997. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university, focusing on Finance and Taxation from 1993-1995. Sapan's secondary education took place at St. Paul's Higher Secondary School in Indore, where they completed their Higher Secondary education in the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) stream from 1979-1992. In addition to their formal education, Sapan has obtained several certifications, including Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2022, PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in 2021, and Mortgage Action Alliance Member from the Mortgage Bankers Association in 2020.
