Eric Palm

Eric Palm is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across the energy and home services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Oncourse Home Solutions since December 2021, Eric previously held the position of President, Homeowner Services at American Water, where oversight was provided for home warranty products and services. Additional roles include Head of Solar Operations at Direct Energy Solar, Program Lead for an ERP implementation at Direct Energy, and Head of Protection Plans at Home Warranty of America. Eric's background also includes significant positions at Direct Energy, where responsibilities spanned various operational roles, and earlier experience as Project Manager at RLG International, as well as co-founding an agricultural equipment dealer group at 21st Century Equipment. Eric holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Saint John's University.
