Marlo J. Gaal

Marlo J. Gaal currently serves as the Chief People and Diversity Officer at Oncourse Home Solutions since January 2023. Butler Company, and Allied Van Lines, showcasing expertise in employee relations, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, and corporate human resources. Marlo earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and completed the IMPACT Leadership Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
