Robert Watters

Robert Watters started their career in 1993 as an Executive Director at Crisis Prevention Institute, where they were responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training program. Robert was subsequently promoted to various positions within the company. In 2007, they joined ASQ - World Headquarters as the Director of Training and Education, leading a team of eleven direct reports and ensuring that the learning portfolio aligned with the company's strategy. In 2018, Watters became the VP eLearning at OnCourse Learning.

Robert Watters, CQIA, CPP holds a Master's Degree in Training & Performance Improvement from Capella University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law Enforcement from Western Illinois University in the years 1987-1991. Additionally, they have additional certifications as a Certified Program Planner from LERN and as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate from ASQ - World Headquarters.
