Alfonso Rocha

Alfonso Rocha has worked in the telecommunications industry for several years. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Polaris Wireless as a Junior RF Engineer, where they were responsible for setting up and maintaining RF drive test equipment. Alfonso also served as the RF drive team lead and played a key role in troubleshooting and documenting RF drive kits.

In 2016, Alfonso moved up to the position of RF System Engineer at Polaris Wireless. Alfonso joined Ondas Networks Inc. in 2018 as a Verification Engineer. Alfonso played a significant role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of the company's products and services. In October 2021, they transitioned to the role of Senior Field Support Engineer, where they continue to provide expert technical support and assistance to customers in the field.
