Povilas Steikunas

Povilas Steikunas began their career in 2009 as a Sales Manager and Incoming Exchange Team Coordinator at AIESEC Lithuania. In 2011, they took on an Intern role with AIESEC Serbia, followed by an Account Manager role with AIESEC Lithuania. In 2012, they became a Senior Business Development Manager at JSC Didneriai, followed by a Business Development Consultant role with John Clements Consultants Inc. - Harvard Business Publishing in 2015. In 2016, they became a Client Acquisition and Servicing Team Manager at STORM Technologies PH. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Business Development Officer (Director of Business Development) at Blockchain Centre Vilnius. Finally, in 2019, they became the Head of Partnerships at Ondato. Throughout their career, Povilas Steikunas has been responsible for business development, sales strategy formation, international partnerships, client acquisition, program management, and growth hacking.

Povilas Steikunas completed a Secondary Education at Julius Janonis Gymnasium (Šiauliai, Lithuania) from 2005 to 2009. Povilas then attended Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2009 to 2013, obtaining a BA in Economics. From 2013 to 2015, they earned a Master's Degree in International Business Economics and Management from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. In 2015, they completed the John Clements Executive MBA Program, Business Administration and Management, General at Harvard University. In addition to these educational qualifications, Povilas Steikunas has also obtained various certifications, including the Prospect Labs Lead Generation and Sales 12 week course in 2020, the Startup Wise Guys Acceleration Program in 2019, the Coaching Program in 2015, and the Coaching course in 2011.
