Andrew Balcer

Andrew Balcer is a seasoned litigation attorney currently employed at OnderLaw since June 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as an attorney at The Halpern Law Firm, LLC from August 2022 to June 2025, and served as Senior Counsel at SWMW Law from August 2021 to August 2022. Andrew's extensive legal experience also includes a tenure as an attorney at Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, LLC from September 2013 to July 2021. Andrew earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in May 2008, following a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Saint Louis University, completed in May 2005.
