Ronald Terlouw

Ronald Terlouw is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and HR policy. Currently serving as HR Manager at Onderwijsgroep Amersfoort since October 2021, Ronald is focused on translating strategies into actionable HR agendas and enhancing HR services. Previous roles include Senior HR and leidinggevende HR at Kwadraad, where responsibilities included advising on organizational development and HR policy restructuring.
