Firat Koca is an experienced analytical test engineer currently serving as the Lead Test Engineer at OnDosis since January 2022. Prior to this role, Firat worked as a Quality Management Engineer at Semcon from January 2022 to February 2024 and as a Test Engineer at Essity from April 2021 to January 2022. Firat's background includes a position as a Quality Controller at Volvo Cars from February 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included conducting research for a master thesis focused on the adhesion factors of two-tone paint applications on the XC40 model. Additionally, a bachelor thesis project was completed at AstraZeneca in early 2018. Firat holds a Civilingenjörsexamen from Chalmers University of Technology (2012-2020) and a Naturvetenskap Gymnasieexamen from Polhemsgymnasiet (2009-2012).

OnDosis proprietary technology delivers flexible and individualized dosing of oral medicines formulated as micro units. They are focused on providing reassurance in disease management, supporting adherence and providing greater convenience for patients.
