Brittany McFall

Brittany McFall currently serves as the People & Culture Lead for US & Europe at One Acre Fund, focusing on enhancing HR and culture systems for Non Program Country staff. Prior experience includes roles at NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development as an Assistant Director and Career Development Coach, where coaching students in their career development journey was a primary responsibility. At the University of Oregon, Brittany worked as an Academic and Career Advisor, specifically for Tykeson College and the Environmental Studies Program, where integrated advising and training material development were key tasks. Additional experience includes community outreach with Chipembele Wildlife Education Trust in Zambia and service as a Forestry Extension Agent with the Peace Corps. Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Training and Development from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Brooklyn College.
